EVPS THE SCREAMING TUNNEL Nov. 23/03 We had just gone through the Screaming Tunnel and started up the path toward the foundations, when a car entered the tunnel and started blowing its horn. Just after that, our tape recorder caught a female voice, speaking over the voices of the guys in our group, and we're not sure, but it seems to be saying "beep" twice. Click here to download .exe file. Feb.29/04 We were only in the tunnel for a few minutes. This evp showed up on the tape. It says, "Back up." Click here to hear the .wav file. Oct.23/04 This evp has someone saying, "Help me. Help me" You need to listen closely because of the background noise. Click here to listen. This evp says something that sounds like "Toro". I'm not sure exactly what it's saying, but it's a man's voice. Click here to listen. BUTLER'S BURIAL GROUNDS Feb. 28/04 Rick and I were at Butler's Burial Grounds for just over 14 minutes, at approx. 1:30 p.m. During that time, we got 3 evps. The first is a man's voice saying, "Don't let her get too close." This was captured when I had just walked over near the crypt. The second is sighing, something like "aaah," This was when I was reading the grave markers that are grouped together. The third one is unfortunately not clear enough to be readable. Click here to hear the first .wav file. Click here to hear the second .wav file. THE DARNLEY MILL March 14/04 Rick and I were at the Darnley Mill during the afternoon, with Margaret, Cindy and Alicia. The sound of the water makes most of the evps hard to hear, which is unfortunate, but this one is fairly clear. This was captured just as I finished taking a last picture of the "haunted room" through the fence. A voice says, "Don't look down on me," and then "Don't. You'll fall." Click here to hear the .wav file. April 3/04 In this evp, you can hear a voice calling "Candy". Click here to listen. THE HERMITAGE March 14/04 After finishing at the Darnley Mill, our group visited the Hermitage. We got some interesting evps, two of which I'm posting here. On the first one, a man's voice says "Candle out," then there's a pause, then a woman's voice says "Don't fail me." Click here to hear the .wav file. On the second one, a voice says, "I can't believe they didn't spoil it." Click here to hear the .wav file. |
