EVPS June 13/04 This was a Sunday night Ghost Tour. We had the opportunity to meet a frequent attendee at the Ghost Tours whose name was Chris. This evp was captured as a group of us was standing at the trunk of Chris' car, looking at an amazing photograph that he had. The evp doesn't seem to pertain to anything we were saying, but the voice is kind of neat. It's a man saying, "You don't." Click here to listen. This evp was captured when we were talking to Chris about our web site. A female says, "I'm here, you know." Click here to listen. July 4/04 This was a Sunday night Ghost Tour. This evp was caught on tape when the group was standing under the trees by the cannon. This sound actually came four times, a few seconds apart. Then about a minute later, the same sequence repeated. It sounds like shots being fired from a big gun or cannon of some type. Click here to hear one of them. June 13/04 This was a Sunday night Ghost Tour. This evp is very unusual in that it's a full sentence. The first part of the evp says "It's like a reservoir of opportunity." Then a voice says, "Tres bien." (You'll hear the Tour Guide's voice in the background.) Click here to listen. By the well, we got an evp of a voice saying, "Carrie." You can also hear Mark, the Tour Guide, speaking, but if you disregard his voice, you'll hear the evp. Click here to listen. Walking up the pathway from the tunnel towards the top of the hill, these evps came up. They came right after each other, with a pause in between. (You'll hear other voices in the background.) The first one says, "You're way uphill." Click here to listen. The second one says "cancel" or "careful". Click here to listen. In this evp, I think the spirits were having a bit of fun with us. I had just looked at a picture on my camera that had lots of orbs in it, and I'd said, "It's gotta be dust." Then this evp was picked up that says, "achoo". Click here to listen. This evp was taken outside the Fort itself, on the Commons. It's interesting because, it you refer back to Fort George Evp Page Two , you'll find that on May 2nd of this year, we picked up a that seemed to be saying the name "Wallen." That was also picked up just outside the Fort, by the cannon. The one we picked up on July 11th says, "Tell Wallen to pay." Unfortunately, there's a loud noise in the middle of this evp. Click here to listen. I've spelled "Wallen" the way it sounds. Since then, I've found, in a book called "Soldiers of the King" by William Gray, that there was a Walter Whalin who served in the 2nd York regiment, and was at Fort George early in the war, who at some point deserted to the enemy. Is this the person whose name was caught on this evp and the one on May 2nd of this year? We'll never know for certain, but it is possible. |
