EVPS May 2/04 It was a Sunday night Ghost Tour. This was caught on tape just as we were walking up to the cannon near the beginning of the tour. It seems to be a soldier's name, which sounds like "Wallen". wallen.wav See also Fort George Evp Page 9 for more information on "Wallen". This was caught on tape just as we were going into Blockhouse Two. anybodycouldsleep.wav This evp was caught on tape in the barracks. buckmeoff.wav This was caught on tape in the sitting room of the Officer's Quarters. It either says, "Wendy, don't tape me" or Wendy, don't take me." wendydonttapeme.wav May 6/04 We were at the Fort on a Thursday during the day. We visited every building and every part of every building (except upstairs in the Blockhouses and except the Staff Building, which are off-limits to tourists), and we got evps everywhere except in the right-hand side of the Guard House. As always, due to space considerations, we are posting only the best. In the cottage, there is a man yelling "Help!" Click here to listen. In Blockhouse One, a man says "Get out." Click here to listen. Also in Blockhouse One, when I ask if anyone would like to say anything to us, a voice answers "Me." Click here to listen. In the Powder Magazine, as I was sitting on a bench, a voice says, "Walk by." Click here to listen. Also in the Powder Magazine, a voice says, "Help me." Click here to listen. In the Gift Shop, a voice says, "Get back." Click here to listen. In the jail, a man whispers, "I'm drunk." There also seems to be the sound of drums. Click here to listen. May 9/04 This was a Sunday night Ghost Tour. The three evps that I'm posting from this Tour all came from the tunnel. Kyle was telling the group about a time when he'd been concerned that someone might slam and bar the tunnel door. The response to this was a voice saying "Don't you dare." Click here to listen. A woman on the tour told us that last time she was there, she had seen a child's legs on the stairs. Then Kyle told a story that he was reminded of. This was the response to his story. really.wav On the way out of the tunnel, Margaret's tape recorder caught, above the voices of the group, the name "Sarah" being said/sung twice. 1sarah.wav 2sarah.wav You need to try to shut out the voices of the group. When you do, "Sarah" is quite clear. |
