The pictures below are stills that were taken from a video captured by Margaret on a private ghost tour on July 25, 2004. The video, which can be seen in the investigations portion of our Fort George section, shows the portrait of Queen Charlotte moving its mouth and winking its eye. In the some of the stills, you can see the eye winking, you can see a haze covering the mouth, and you can see the facial expression changing.
The first picture shows the portrait in a basically normal form. The rest show variations.

The pictures below are stills that were taken from a video captured by Wendy during a daytime visit to Fort George on Sept. 22, 2004. They are also stills of a video of the portrait of Queen Charlotte, which can be seen in the video portion of our Fort George section. Again, in the video the portrait was moving its lips and winking its eye. In these stills, you can see the eye winking, you can see the lips in different positions, you can see the nose in different shapes in some of them, and you can see different facial expressions.
The first photo is basically the normal form of the portrait.

The picture below was taken on the Ghost Tour on July 3, 2005. There's a very large energy formation outside the jail.
